A deposit is required to secure your reservation. Deposits are non‑refundable, but often transferable to another date within the same season. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in full loss of your deposit.

A refundable security deposit of $1,000 CAD per machine is held via credit card. Damage beyond the insurance coverage or careless use may result in deductions. The deposit holds until machine inspection at rental end.

Rentals are supplied with a full tank of fuel. Single‑day rentals often include the fuel – multi‑day rentals may require refilling before return. If returned not full, a refuel fee applies.

You must be at least 18, hold a valid driver’s license, and sign a liability waiver. Additional drivers must be registered and licensed. Wearing a helmet and complying with safety briefing is compulsory.

Renters must be in good physical health and capable of operating the vehicle safely. Pregnant individuals, those under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or persons with certain medical conditions are prohibited from operating rental vehicles.

Rental typically includes a helmet, trail map, safety orientation, and sometimes additional gear like gloves or goggles. Longer rentals may include extra gear like heated gloves or avalanche safety kits.

You must stay on designated trails, obey local laws and speed limits, avoid alcohol or drugs while operating, and follow trail etiquette. Prohibited behavior (e.g. racing, off-trail riding into private property) can result in immediate termination of rental and forfeiture of deposit.

Pick-up and drop-off are scheduled; arriving early is encouraged. Late returns often incur fees (e.g. $25–$100 per half-hour). Some providers allow pickup the night before for early trail access.
